a decent stay near puerta del sol
central location helpful staff quiet environment cramped room poor view high price
The location was unbeatable. It was so central! plus, the staff were always ready to help with questions and even printed some tickets for me. the room was generally quiet at night, which i totally appreciated after a long day.
My room felt a little cramped. Accessing the bed was only really possible from one side! also, the view wasn't great. It overlooked a dark courtyard. i think the room could have been better for the price i paid.

helpful attentive staff huge column small room
The staff was very helpful, and everything was clean.
The room was awful. Upon opening the door, you almost ran into a huge column in the middle of the room.. There was barely any space between the bed and the walls.
